GlobalBazi is operated by Happy Mamaland Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with UK company number 17215430. Registered office: 8 Camden Row, Cuckoo Hill, Pinner, England, HA5 2AH.
These terms apply to your use of the GlobalBazi website, free chart tools, paid reports, two-person comparisons, family reports, naming services, member portal, payments, invoices and related digital content. By using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.
Nature of the service
GlobalBazi provides Four Pillars BaZi chart calculation, Five Element analysis, Day Master analysis, luck-cycle readings, relationship and family analysis, naming direction and related digital reports. The content is provided for metaphysical, cultural, self-understanding, educational and entertainment reference purposes.
We are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, immigration, marriage, career or other professional advisers. The service must not be treated as professional advice or as the sole basis for major life decisions.
Eligibility, account and data responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to purchase paid services. You must provide accurate, complete and lawfully obtained information, and you are responsible for keeping your login details and account secure.
If you submit third-party data, including birth details for a partner, family member, child, friend or client, you confirm that you have the right to provide that data and have obtained necessary consent or another lawful basis.
Birth date, birth time, birthplace, time zone, true solar time and other input data directly affect charts and reports. Incorrect, incomplete or borderline hour-pillar information may affect results.
Free content and paid digital content
Free chart tools or summaries show limited content. Full personal reports, two-person comparisons, family reports, naming advice and other paid services are generated or unlocked only after you pay the price shown on the site.
Paid reports are personalised digital content. After successful payment, the system generates, unlocks or saves the report to your account or order history using the details you submitted. Delivery may not be immediate because payment webhooks, third-party services or technical synchronisation can be delayed.
Prices, payment and invoices
Prices are shown before checkout, usually in HKD or another currency shown at checkout. Prices, offers, features and content scope may change from time to time. Completed orders are handled based on what was shown at the time of payment.
Payments are processed by Worldpay, Stripe or another payment service provider. You agree to comply with the payment provider's terms, authentication checks, risk review, anti-fraud, refund and dispute handling requirements.
If you require an invoice or payment record, the system will generate it from available information. You are responsible for ensuring that account email, customer name and payment details are accurate.
Cancellation, refunds and digital delivery
Because paid reports are personalised digital content generated immediately or shortly after payment from the details you submit, you agree that we may begin supplying digital content immediately. Once the report has been generated, unlocked, downloaded, viewed or delivered, you generally lose any cooling-off or cancellation right unless the law requires otherwise.
We may consider refunds in reasonable cases, such as duplicate charges, successful payment where the system completely fails to deliver the report and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or where a refund is required by law. Refund requests should be sent to support@globalbazi.com within 14 days of payment and include the order number, payment email and issue description.
We may refuse refunds requested because you submitted incorrect birth details, changed your mind, disagree with the metaphysical interpretation, did not read the Disclaimer, want to change the report to a different person after payment, or because a third-party payment service declined a transaction, unless the law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider and bank.
Chargebacks, disputes and taxes
If you believe a payment is wrong, contact us first so we can investigate. Malicious or false chargebacks, unauthorised payment-method use, payment fraud or refund abuse may lead to account suspension, service termination, cost recovery or evidence submission to payment providers.
You are responsible for any taxes, exchange differences, cross-border fees or bank fees arising from your location, payment method or bank, unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You may use the service only for lawful personal or internal business reference purposes. You must not abuse, attack, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, copy, resell, repackage, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, or use the service for discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent or illegal purposes.
You must not use automation to bypass fees, account limits, security measures, quotas or checkout flows. You must not present report content as medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological or other professional advice from a qualified professional.
Intellectual property and licence
The website, brand, layout, data structure, text templates, images, report format, software, algorithms, databases and other content are owned by us or our licensors. Unless we give express written consent, you must not copy, sell, license, publish, use to train models, build a competing service from, or commercially redistribute them.
For a personal report that you have paid for and lawfully received, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal-use licence to read, download or print it for private reference.
Service availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service operating, but we do not guarantee that the website, payments, login, report generation or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available. We may suspend, limit or modify the service for maintenance, security, upgrades, legal reasons, payment provider requirements or operational needs.
We may update report content, prices, features, technology, language versions and chart logic from time to time. Unless required by law or expressly promised, updates do not require us to regenerate or amend previously delivered reports for free.
Disclaimer and no warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that metaphysical content is accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose, and we do not guarantee any particular life, relationship, financial, health, career, immigration, legal or naming outcome.
You must use your own judgment and seek qualified professional advice where needed. You are responsible for actions, decisions, delays or omissions made in reliance on the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, emotional distress or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from the service is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you did not pay us, the cap is GBP 50.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any non-excludable consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, order or service access if you breach these terms, appear to abuse the service, commit payment fraud, infringe others' rights, submit unlawful data, affect service security or expose us to legal or payment risk.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment, refund review, intellectual property, liability limits, dispute handling and data retention.
Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over related disputes.
