Scope

This policy applies to free chart summaries, Full Destiny Reports and related personalised digital content sold on the Destiny DNA website.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If there is any conflict, the clearer consumer-facing wording and any mandatory legal requirement will apply.

Digital content and the 14-day cancellation right

UK online consumer contracts usually include a 14-day cancellation period. However, for digital content supplied immediately, that cancellation right can end where you expressly agree before payment that we may start generating or delivering the report immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose the 14-day right to cancel once preparation or delivery begins.

Destiny DNA paid reports are prepared immediately or shortly after payment from the birth details, location, language and service type you submit. After you pay and agree to immediate delivery, the report being prepared, unlocked, viewed, downloaded, emailed or saved to your account means supply or delivery of the digital content has started.

When refunds are usually not available

Once a report has been prepared, unlocked, viewed, downloaded, delivered or saved to your account, we usually do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges unless the law requires otherwise.

We usually do not refund because you changed your mind, submitted incorrect birth date, birth time, birthplace or person details, disagree with the metaphysical interpretation, find the content uncomfortable or not as expected, did not read the Disclaimer, want to switch the report to another person or service after payment, or treated entertainment and reference content as professional advice.

When we may consider a refund

We will consider a full or partial refund in reasonable and verifiable cases, for example duplicate charges, successful payment where the system completely fails to prepare or deliver the report, a technical error on our side that prevents you from viewing the report and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, or where a refund is required by law.

If third-party services are temporarily delayed, we will usually first try to reprepare, redeliver or fix account access. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the original payment method.

How to request a refund

If you believe there is a payment or report-delivery issue, please email support@globalbazi.com before raising a bank chargeback. Contact us within 14 days of payment and include your order number, payment email, report link, payment date and a clear description of the issue.

We normally reply within 2 working days and review payment records, report-preparation records, delivery records, account access and error logs. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; actual arrival time depends on Stripe, your bank or card issuer.

Personalised digital reports and expectations

Destiny DNA reports are prepared using BaZi calculation rules, content frameworks and personalised text preparation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is an automated digital product and not a one-to-one consultation with a human practitioner.

Metaphysical content is for cultural, self-understanding, educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not guarantee any specific health, relationship, financial, career, legal, immigration or life outcome. A different subjective view of the content is not an automatic refund reason.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a transaction is wrong, please contact us first so we can investigate and fix the issue. This is usually faster than raising a chargeback with your bank.

If a payment dispute is raised, we may submit evidence to the payment provider, bank or card network, including payment records, immediate-delivery consent records, report preparation time, delivery time, account login records, download or viewing records, support messages and this Refund Policy.
